Üniversitemiz Bilim İletişimi Ofisi ve TÖMER işbirliğinde Uluslararası Öğrencilerimizle Türk Musikisi: Dini Formlar Meşki” başlıklı Bilim Kafe programı, akademisyenlerimizin, öğrencilerimizin yoğun katılımıyla gerçekleştirildi.
Etkinlik Bilim İletişimi Ofisi Başkanı Doç Dr. Nergiz AYDOĞDU’nun program ve içeriğine dair açılış konuşmasınin ardından İlahiyat Fakültesi Dekanı Prof. Dr. Mustafa CANLI’nın ve TÖMER müdürü Doç. Dr. Ayşe ŞENER’in selamlama konuşması başladı.
Türk musikisinin dini formlarının gelişimi, tarihçesi, temel özellikleri üzerine Üniversitemiz Devlet Konservatuarı Müdürü Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Uğur ALKAN katılımcılara başlıca örnekler üzerinden bilgi verdi. Program kapsamında Türk dinî musikisinin önemli türleri ve dini musiki formalarının icra özellikleri ve kültürel mirastaki yeri örnek eserler eşliğinde anlatıldı. Meşk geleneğinin uygulamalı olarak tanıtıldığı etkinlikte öğrenciler, Türk musikisinin manevi ve estetik yönünü yakından deneyimleme fırsatı buldu.
Etkinlik, Şef Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Uğur Alkan ve ekibine teşekkür belgelerinin takdimi ile sona erdi.
The Science Café programme entitled ‘Turkish Music with Our International Students: Religious Forms’, organised in collaboration between our University’s Science Communication Office and TÖMER, took place with the active participation of our academics and students.
The event began with an opening address by the Head of the Science Communication Office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nergiz AYDOĞDU, regarding the programme and its content, followed by welcoming remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Theology, Prof. Dr. Mustafa CANLI, and the Director of TÖMER, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe ŞENER.
Dr Uğur ALKAN, Lecturer and Director of our University’s State Conservatoire, provided participants with information on the development, history and fundamental characteristics of the religious forms of Turkish music, using key examples. As part of the programme, the significant genres of Turkish religious music, the performance characteristics of religious musical forms and their place in cultural heritage were explained with the accompaniment of sample works. During the event, which featured a practical demonstration of the meşk tradition, students had the opportunity to experience the spiritual and aesthetic dimensions of Turkish music at first hand.
The event concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to Conductor Dr Uğur Alkan and his team.
