1. Sınav, sözlü ve yazılı olmak üzere iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Öğrencilerin hem yazılı hem de sözlü sınava girmeleri zorunludur. Herhangi bir sınava girmeyen öğrenciler başarısız sayılacaklardır.
2. Sınav başlangıç saatinden 15 dakika sonra sınava öğrenci alınmayacaktır.
3. Sınava giren öğrenciler yanlarında sınav giriş belgelerini, kimlik kartlarını/pasaportlarını bulundurmalıdırlar.

NOT: 2026-2027 Eğitim-Öğretim yılı Güz döneminde mezun olabilecek durumda olup Türkçe seviyesini C1’e yükseltmekle yükümlü öğrencilerimiz de sınava girebileceklerdir. Sınava girmek isteyen öğrencilerimizin 14-18 Eylül 2026 Cuma günü mesai bitimine kadar Kırklareli Üniversitesi öğrenci kayıt merkezine gelerek sınav başvurusunda bulunmaları gerekmektedir.
Türkçe Seviye Belirleme Sınavı sınav ücreti, tüm öğrenciler ve kursiyerler için 1.800,00 TL (Bin Sekiz Yüz Türk Lirası) olarak belirlenmiştir.
Türkçe Seviye Belirleme Sınavı’na başvuru, tüm kursiyer ve öğrenciler için, sınavdan önce sınav ücretinin TÖMER Ziraat Bankası Kırklareli Şubesi TR08 0001 0001 0497 5366 3850 01 numaralı IBAN hesabına yatırılması ve dekontun açıklama kısmında öğrencinin ad-soyadı, öğrenci numarası mutlaka belirtilmelidir. Bu işlem, sınav ücretine ilişkin dekont ile birlikte Kırklareli Üniversitesi öğrenci kayıt merkezine gelerek sınav başvurusunda bulunulması suretiyle gerçekleştirilir. Sınav için Kırklareli Üniversitesi öğrenci kayıt merkezine şahsen gelemeyecek olan öğrenci/kursiyerlerin, ödeme dekontunu tomer@klu.edu.tr adresine e-posta yoluyla göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Dekontun TÖMER’in e-posta adresine ulaştırılmasının ardından, öğrenci/kursiyere sınav giriş belgesi TÖMER tarafından e-posta yoluyla iletilecektir.

1. The exam consists of two stages: a written and an oral exam. Students are required to sit both the written and oral exams. Students who do not sit either exam will be deemed to have failed.
2. Students will not be admitted to the exam 15 minutes after the start time.
3. Students sitting the examination must bring their examination admission documents and their identity cards/passports with them.

NOTE: Transport to the Vocational School of Technical Sciences is provided by the Çağdaş–Karahıdır minibuses that run opposite the coach station.
NOTE: Students who are on track to graduate in the Autumn term of the 2026–2027 academic year and are required to raise their Turkish language proficiency to C1 level will also be eligible to sit the exam. Students wishing to sit the exam must visit the Kırklareli University Student Registration Centre by the end of working hours on Friday, 18 September 2026 to submit their exam application.
The examination fee for the Turkish Language Proficiency Test has been set at 1,800.00 TL (One Thousand Eight Hundred Turkish Lira) for all students and course participants.
Application for the Turkish Language Proficiency Test, for all course participants and students, by paying the examination fee into the TÖMER Ziraat Bank Kırklareli Branch account (IBAN: TR08 0001 0001 0497 5366 3850 01) prior to the examination; the student’s full name and student number must be clearly stated in the reference section of the payment receipt. This process is carried out by visiting the Kırklareli University Student Registration Centre in person with the payment receipt to submit the exam application. Students or course participants who are unable to visit the Kırklareli University Student Registration Centre in person must send the payment receipt by email to tomer@klu.edu.tr. Once the payment receipt has been sent to TÖMER’s email address, TÖMER will email the exam admission ticket to the student or course participant.
